Her legacy
Dr. Jane Case-Smith was affiliated with the Ohio State University Division of Occupational Therapy for 25 years, including 10 years as its director. She passed away in July 2014.
Each fall, students in the OSU Occupational Therapy Program come together for this race to honor her memory, and to carry forward the values she brought to the profession.
This race is our way of saying her work with occupational therapy students at Ohio State is still shaping the profession today.
Why we run
Registration and donations go directly to the Jane Case-Smith Scholarship Fund, supporting students in the Occupational Therapy Program at Ohio State, and help raise awareness of the profession on campus.
The route
Start and finish near Larkin's Plaza, outside the RPAC. The course loops around the Oval four times before returning to the finish.
